SENDING CASEWORK TO THE LAB
• USPS Business Reply Mail
Shipments typically arrive at the lab in two to three business days. We recommend sealing the case box.
Then, affix our pre-paid Business Reply Mail label to the outside.
These labels are provided at no charge from the lab.
• FedEx
Shipments are sent overnight from most areas.
Alaska $45.00 - Hawaii $25.00 - Puerto Rico $60.00
• DHL (Puerto Rico only)
Shipments are sent overnight from most areas. $75.00
• UPS
UPS does not offer indirect billing service. However, you are welcome to set up your own UPS account, after which you claim responsibility for all shipments and charges.
RETURNING CASEWORK TO YOUR OFFICE
• USPS Business Reply Mail
Shipments will arrive at your office in two to three business days. Each shipment is bar coded with a tracking number to anticipate final arrival. $6.00
• FedEx
Shipments are sent overnight from most areas.

• UPS
