How to Pack

An Articulator:

• Place the provided foam in-between models

• Secure the articulator with a rubber band

• Wrap additional items in bubble wrap

• Place the articulator in the cardboard insert

• Place the articulator and insert in the box

• Place additional items in the box

• Fold the completed Rx and place in the box

• Close box and seal with packing tape

• Peel and stick preprinted label to box

• Call us at 1-800-411-9723 to arrange for pick-up.

A Case:

• Place the provided foam into the box

• Place each item into the box

• Place addtional foam on top of the items

• Fold the completed Rx and place in the box

• Close box and seal with packing tape

• Place box into the provided FedEx bag

• Peel and stick preprinted label to bag
